CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no penalty for cancellation prior to 24 hours of the appointment time.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50%.

To protect the health and safety of the massage therapist and other clients, cancellation due to colds, fever, or contagious illness is requested and is to be communicated directly by PHONE. Cancellation due to illness will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. The 24-hour cancellation fee may be waived in some circumstances.

TIMELINESS

The therapist will arrive 10-15 min prior to the scheduled appointment time to allow for set-up so as not to encroach on your massage session time.


** Because this is a mobile business if there are unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable events ie. traffic accidents etc, the therapist will communicate immediately and your full session time will be honored.


Therefore, please be prepared to begin your session on time to be respectful of other clients who may be scheduled that day.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All client visits, conditions, and conversations with the therapist will be confidential. As such, client information will not be shared or discussed with others without express, written consent by the client.

CLEANING & HYGIENE

The therapist will adhere to all standards of hygiene, disinfecting, and cleaning as outlined by the NC BMBT and COVID protocols.
In keeping with these standards of hygiene, please be showered and refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, or strong essential oils during the sessions. 
Inform the therapist of any contagious skin condition or illness that may need to be addressed prior to treatment.

**Myself as well as others have skin sensitivity that can result in severe rash to man-made fragrances & chemical compounds
